What you will do

• Design, build, test, deploy, and operate secure, reliable, and scalable production backend services end-to-end.
• Internalize the tracking collector service, building robust enrichment patterns for event collection and hydration with business context.
• Implement customer-facing reporting capabilities, ensuring secure access patterns and scalable data access layers.
• Partner with AI & Data Products squad and other cross-functional teams to establish shared standards and power intelligent features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience with production ownership of services in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated experience shipping and operating event-driven or data-intensive systems.
• Strong backend engineering skills with TypeScript/Node.js, building and consuming APIs, and integrating across multiple internal systems.
• Solid knowledge of reliability patterns, observability, and incident response mindset.
• Experience with at least some of: Kafka, distributed systems, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Comfortable working with data as a first-class product asset and a strong collaboration mindset with clear communication in English.
