What you will do

• Collaborate with product management, Frontend and Infrastructure teams to build the platform at scale.
• Innovate to tackle complex technical challenges using industry best practices.
• Guide and support team members to foster professional growth and continuous learning.
• Challenge yourself and others to improve development processes.
• Deliver valuable new features to users.

Requirements

• 5 years professional experience in back-end development, ideally in Python.
• Autonomous in technological watch and up-to-date with latest standards (FastAPI, REST).
• Ensure code quality by following good development practices and performing unit tests.
• Proficient with modern SaaS technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Databases (PostgreSQL, Clickhouse), Queuing (Kafka, Celery), Caching (Redis).
• Writing automated tests is something obvious for you.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1+).

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience working with LLMs.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker ecosystems.
