What you will do
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to scale the platform architecture.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python, FastAPI, and modern SaaS infrastructure.
- Design and optimize high-load data pipelines and storage solutions using PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, and Kafka.
- Ensure platform reliability through robust unit and automated testing practices.
- Mentor and support team members by fostering a culture of feedback and continuous learning.
- Drive development process improvements and architectural decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in backend development, specifically with Python.
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Expertise in API design (REST) and modern backend frameworks like FastAPI.
- Strong proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and message queuing systems (Kafka, Celery).
- Experience in database management (PostgreSQL, Clickhouse) and caching (Redis).
- Proven architectural thinking and commitment to code quality and testing.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the cybersecurity domain.
- Practical experience working with LLMs.
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker ecosystems.
