What you will do

• Provide pragmatic, risk‑aligned guidance to product teams to shape design & delivery outcomes.
• Assess material business change impacts across a diverse project portfolio, ensuring processes & controls are designed & delivered in line with risk frameworks & appetite.
• Map end‑to‑end processes to identify risks, control gaps, & impacts.
• Evaluate control effectiveness, risk ratings, & required remediation.
• Coordinate between Line 1 & Line 2 stakeholders to ensure clear oversight, alignment, & timely escalation of risks & issues.
• Prepare high‑quality risk documentation, including risk papers, memos, & committee submissions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in a Risk or Compliance role with a strong focus on risk in change & controls.
• Extensive experience in managing & evaluating risk.
• Strong ability to understand & navigate complex risk frameworks & translate them into practical, actionable guidance.
• An understanding of key non-financial risk management concepts & frameworks.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders & deliver pragmatic, risk‑sound outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital products or project management is desirable.
