What you will do

• Own development practices, technical architecture, and critical engineering decisions for your team.
• Understand, prioritize, and deliver the feature roadmap, managing technical debt.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, dev, QA) and support.
• Drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruitment of talent with Talent Acquisition.
• Continuously improve team productivity through technology, process, and continuous delivery.
• Own team morale and career development, providing timely feedback and conducting annual reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field OR equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a high-performing engineering team.
• A minimum of 6 years of object-oriented software development experience as an individual contributor.
• Strong understanding of GenAI systems, LLMs, RAG architecture, orchestration frameworks, and semantic architectures.
• Experience developing software in a commercial software product development environment.
• A polyglot in programming languages with the ability to learn new technologies.
• Experience building large-scale performance services and leading teams that built software products for scale.
• Clear and confident spoken and written communication.
