Salary: $296,000 – $517,000

What you will do

• Define the long-term scientific agenda and architecture for agentic applications across the traveler lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to integrate autonomous AI agents into B2C platforms.
• Design systems that map natural language to structured intents and tool calls for trip management.
• Lead applied research in complex itinerary planning, ambiguity resolution, and evaluation methodologies.
• Prototype AI agents and oversee end-to-end experimentation from ideation to production.
• Communicate technical strategy and complex AI concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 15+ years of experience.
• PhD in Computer Science or Machine Learning with 12+ years of experience preferred.
• Deep expertise in LLM training, distillation, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Proven record delivering large-scale GenAI projects from concept to production.
• Extensive experience with agentic frameworks and evaluation methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python and strong understanding of ML theory, recommender systems, and data pipelines.
