What you will do

• Ensure projects follow company architecture and approve architectural changes.
• Maintain code quality, identify bottlenecks and ensure PRs align with best practices.
• Involve in the deployment and configuration of new projects.
• Implement and oversee security measures at code and hosting levels.
• Lead the implementation of new technologies, specifically focusing on AI-driven workflows and MCP.
• Manage technical aspects of A/B testing and ensure accurate data tracking.
• Conduct technical interviews to scale the team and mentor developers.
• Proactively identify outdated practices and replace them with modern workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Node.js & Next.js.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience with AWS and Cloudflare and configure CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Postgres and experience with ORMs like Drizzle or Prisma.
• Proficiency in setting up and interpreting data from Mixpanel and Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of web security principles.
• Ability to communicate with both technical teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Model Context Protocol.
• Experience in fine-tuning Web Vitals and optimizing backend latency.
• Experience building custom AI agents or complex RAG systems.
