What you will do
- Ensure projects follow company architecture and approve architectural changes.
- Maintain code quality, identify bottlenecks and ensure PRs align with best practices.
- Involve in the deployment and configuration of new projects.
- Implement and oversee security measures at code and hosting levels.
- Lead the implementation of new technologies, specifically focusing on AI-driven workflows and MCP.
- Manage technical aspects of A/B testing and ensure accurate data tracking.
- Conduct technical interviews to scale the team and mentor developers.
- Proactively identify outdated practices and replace them with modern workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Node.js & Next.js.
- 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
- Experience with AWS and Cloudflare and configure CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Postgres and experience with ORMs like Drizzle or Prisma.
- Proficiency in setting up and interpreting data from Mixpanel and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of web security principles.
- Ability to communicate with both technical teams and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Practical experience with Model Context Protocol.
- Experience in fine-tuning Web Vitals and optimizing backend latency.
- Experience building custom AI agents or complex RAG systems.
