TL;DR

Client Account Executive: Generating additional revenue through the client base by developing business relationships, identifying client objectives, and aligning appropriate hirify.global solutions. Focus on prospecting, qualifying, presenting products, handling objections, and closing ancillary business to meet or exceed sales quotas.

Location: This role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring three days (Tue/Wed/Thu) in the office at our Schaumburg, IL location and two days (Mon/Fri) remote per week. Candidates must be able to commute to the office as required.

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000/yr

What you will do

  • Develop business relationships with clients.
  • Identify client business objectives and align hirify.global solutions.
  • Prospect and qualify current clients for HCM solutions.
  • Present products, conduct demonstrations, prepare proposals, and follow up.
  • Close ancillary business to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) database.

Requirements

  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in Schaumburg, IL office (Tue-Thu).
  • 1+ years of B2B full sales cycle experience (preferred).
  • Possess a complete understanding of hirify.global’s products and services.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Strong written and oral communication and customer service skills.
