Salary: $6,168–$9,253 per month

What you will do

• Guide art assets, information, and partner feedback through the creative development pipeline.
• Lead the product development process from conceptual designs through approvals for licensed products, promotions, and entertainment projects.
• Act as a steward of creative translation, ensuring visual consistency, integrity, design, and quality for the Magic brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and improve resources and tools for scalability.
• Contribute as a thought leader for systems and processes to make resources organized, intuitive, and accessible.

Requirements

• Must work on-site in Renton, WA from Tuesday to Thursday.
• Two to three years of demonstrated ability in creative development, art direction, coordinating creative workflows, asset management, publishing, and/or consumer products.
• Ability to become fluent in MediaBox, CSP, and digital asset management systems.
• Existing knowledge of Magic: The Gathering.
• Outstanding communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in developing consumer products and using related tools.
• A love of pop culture and being up to speed with design and cultural trends.
