What you will do

• Manage projects from concept to completion, communicating regularly with clients on milestones and deadlines.
• Lead the project management team, implementing seamless processes and efficiencies.
• Develop existing client relationships and contribute to new business acquisition.
• Oversee planning and delivery of social campaigns and digital projects.
• Act as the lead client contact, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met.
• Manage the project's financial budget and communicate cost implications to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
• Exceptional project management skills, acting as product owner.
• Overall responsibility for project initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Ability to develop and implement the best processes for tackling data gathering and storing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software.
• Must be based in St. Paul, MN, United States.
