Desktop Support Lead

TL;DR

Desktop Support Lead: Setting up, maintaining, and enhancing IT infrastructure including workstations, mobile devices, servers, and conference room systems with an accent on supporting a mission-critical trading and enterprise environment. Location: Hybrid/Remote – 3/4 days onsite in New York, USA

Salary: Up to $200,000 + bonus + package/perks

What you will do

• Set up, maintain, and enhance workstations, mobile devices, servers, and conference room systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years commercial experience within a lead System Engineering/Systems Administrator role.
• Strong experience supporting and configuring Windows 10.
• Deep knowledge of Group Policy and Active Directory.
• A genuine passion for technology and a proactive approach.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python for streamlining tasks.
• Experience working with Linux environments.
