Salary: $122,000–$154,000 annually.

What you will do

Triage and prioritize service desk tickets, ensuring clarity and transparency into the resolution process.
Monitor Tier two queue for escalations and prioritize projects with IT Operations.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues in Meraki & Fortigate environments.
Assemble, install, upgrade, and configure new hardware, software, and applications in Mac and Windows environments.
Onboard and offboard employees via Okta and other internal tools.
Train, mentor, and coach junior IT Service Desk members on department policies and procedures.

Requirements

Experience in providing support for Mac & Windows endpoint fleets via JAMF & NinjaOne.
Experience supporting Google Apps (Google Workspace) and modern enterprise SaaS platforms (Slack, Okta, Google, Zoom, O365).
Experience administering Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence).
Working knowledge of Zoom Room Video Conferencing.
Ability to work from the Boston office 1-3 days per week.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
