Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Leading strategy and execution for the Cards product within the Travel&Spend platform, specifically for the US market, with an accent on real-time spend visibility, reconciliation, and compliance. Location: Hybrid, requires commuting distance to a US hub (e.g., Boston) for 3 days/week in-person work.
Salary: $180,000–$210,000 per year

What you will do
- Analyze data and user feedback to identify impact opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Clearly communicate product vision and strategy to keep your team inspired and stakeholders aligned.
- Define clear plans for tackling problems, explaining the 'why,' 'how,' and success metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, designers, and other teams to bring strategy to life and deliver value incrementally.
- Serve as the go-to expert for your product areas, providing answers, creating training materials, and ensuring documentation is up-to-date.
- Lead with a servant-leadership approach, helping the team stay focused, remove distractions, and foster creativity and collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 7 years experience at a tech company, with a minimum of 5 years as a Product Manager.
- Experience working on a Card product in North America is a strong plus.
- A sharp eye for UX, understanding what makes a great user experience and creating intuitive, impactful customer-facing products.
- Comfortable working on B2B SaaS platforms and collaborating with finance stakeholders (e.g., finance, tax, compliance).
- A strong drive for execution, breaking down complex projects into smaller, value-delivering steps.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, finance, and data.
- Strong problem-solving skills to untangle challenges, balance risks, and create thoughtful, data-backed plans.
- English: B2 required.
