Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Leading the strategy and execution for the Expenses product team in North America with an accent on enhancing expense capabilities within the travel and expense ecosystem. Location: Hybrid (Boston, USA). Requires being based within commuting distance of a US hub for 3 days a week in-person work. Relocation assistance may be available for certain roles.

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 per year (base salary range) + stock options.

Requirements

• At least 7 years at a tech company, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager.
• Experience working on an Expenses Management product in North America is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of user experience and creating intuitive customer-facing products.
• Comfortable working on B2B SaaS platforms and collaborating with finance stakeholders, especially in areas like finance, tax, and compliance.
• Proven ability to break down complex projects into smaller steps and drive execution.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams like engineering, design, finance, and data.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, balancing risks, and creating thoughtful, data-backed plans.
• English proficiency required (B2+).
• Must be based within commuting distance of a US hub.
