TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Leading the strategy and execution for the Expenses product team in North America with an accent on enhancing expense capabilities within the travel and expense ecosystem. Focus on leveraging data and user feedback to define strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a globally unified yet locally dominant product.

Location: Hybrid (Boston, USA). Requires being based within commuting distance of a US hub for 3 days a week in-person work. Relocation assistance may be available for certain roles.

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 per year (base salary range) + stock options.

  • Analyze data and user feedback to identify opportunities and define actionable strategies.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to inspire the team and align stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and other functions to execute the product strategy.
  • Act as the expert for your product areas, providing answers and creating documentation.
  • Empower the team with a servant-leadership approach, fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Continuously learn and share insights to elevate the product function.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years at a tech company, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager.
  • Experience working on an Expenses Management product in North America is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of user experience and creating intuitive customer-facing products.
  • Comfortable working on B2B SaaS platforms and collaborating with finance stakeholders, especially in areas like finance, tax, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to break down complex projects into smaller steps and drive execution.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams like engineering, design, finance, and data.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, balancing risks, and creating thoughtful, data-backed plans.
  • English proficiency required (B2+).
  • Must be based within commuting distance of a US hub.
