Deployment Engineer

TL;DR

Deployment Engineer: Installing, configuring, and training customers on hirify.global's software and hardware products, primarily focusing on resuscitation applications within hospital systems. Focus on supporting the North American Hospital Sales force through technical ability and product knowledge, performing on-site client training, and troubleshooting software installations.

Location: This position is remote within the US, based from a home office in Colorado (Broomfield preferred), but requires 75% travel for on-site installations and training within sales regions.

Salary: $70,000.00–$85,000.00

What you will do

• Install and configure software and hardware products into hospital systems.
• Perform client training either on-site (travel required) or through remote tools.
• Participate in training for sales teams as products develop.
• Contribute towards knowledge base articles for sales engineering and support.
• Provide feedback to Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Management for product development.
• Attend trade shows as required to support sales efforts.

Requirements

• Strong presentation, customer service, and training skills.
• Experience with Single Sign On technologies.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving approach.
• Experience in troubleshooting software installs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 75% to sales regions from a home office.
