What you will do

• Install and configure software and hardware products into hospital systems.
• Perform client training both on-site and remotely.
• Train Sales Teams as products evolve.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles for Sales Engineering and Support.
• Provide feedback to Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Management for product development.
• Attend trade shows to support sales efforts.

Requirements

• Strong presentation, customer service, and training skills.
• Experience with Single Sign On (SSO) technologies.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving approach.
• Experience in troubleshooting software installs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and directed.
• Experience providing support to a sales organization focused on complex enterprise-wide software and hardware solutions.
• Ability to travel 75% to sales regions from a home office.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from the United States.
