What you will do

• Collaborate on architectural decisions and design best practices.
• Design and implement new features into the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with engineering and product team members to improve quality and velocity.
• Create scalable solutions to serve a growing user base.
• Enhance the AI SaaS solution and scale highly distributed systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping scalable applications in Python.
• Good understanding of software design principles (e.g., loose coupling, programming to interfaces) with test-driven approaches and observability.
• Experience with and knowledge of best practices for implementation of AI-assisted tools for process optimization.
• Track record of developing on backend libraries such as Asyncio, Aiohttp, Flask, SQLAlchemy, or equivalent.
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres).
• Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem and Kubernetes.
• Experience working in an event-driven architecture and utilizing microservices.
• Work from Ukraine required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with data processing and manipulation workflows and implementation.
• Familiarity with AI Lean methodologies.
• Distributed team experience.
