Modern Workplace Consultant (Microsoft 365)

Location: Poland; remote work arrangement; valid working visa for Poland required

What you will do

• Deliver Microsoft 365 projects and coordinate communication between customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Create documentation, communication assets, and service offerings for Modern Workplace solutions.
• Support presales, architecture, and service packaging activities.
• Define architectures, deployment roadmaps, and technical specifications for Microsoft Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and architecture teams to deliver secure and compliant solutions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace and customer-facing consulting.
• Practical experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Deep expertise in at least one area: Microsoft Copilot deployment and governance, Entra ID and privileged access, Purview and Defender, SharePoint Online architecture and governance, or Microsoft 365 administration and licensing.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Cloud solutions in hybrid and cloud environments.
• Fluent or professional Polish and English, both written and verbal.
• Valid working visa for Poland required.
