Location: Hybrid, with possibility of working Remotely from Poland, specifically Warsaw. Valid working visa for Poland required.

What you will do

• Deliver projects and maintain transparency with stakeholders.
• Develop documentation and communication material on Modern Workplace services.
• Conduct consultative presales activities and support delivery/operations teams.
• Define architecture, deployment plans, and technical specifications for AD DS, Entra ID, Hybrid Identity, MIP, and DLP.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and architecture teams on data protection solutions within Microsoft 365.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of hybrid identity configurations (Entra ID with on-premises Active Directory).
• Experience with Hybrid Exchange for seamless mail flow during migrations.
• Practical experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Cloud solutions across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Proven track record in managing hybrid environments and migrating on-premises systems to Cloud infrastructures.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Native level of Polish with Fluent/professional English.
