What you will do

• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation for workload automation products, including user manuals, implementation guides, and release notes.
• Translate complex technical features and third-party integrations into easily understandable documentation for various user personas.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Ensure documentation reflects the latest product changes, releases, and enhancements.
• Suggest and contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and workflows.
• Maintain consistent style and tone across all documentation and incorporate user feedback for improved usability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, English, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical writing experience for complex B2B SaaS solutions.
• Proven experience with authoring tools like MadCap Flare, HTML, XML, and Javascript.
• Understanding of or experience with a Docs as Code framework and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and API documentation tools (Swagger).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging AI to improve documentation efficiency and quality.
• Technical experience with SAP, Docker, and Python scripting.
