Product Manager (Micromobility)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Micromobility): Defining and executing the pricing strategy for a global e-scooter and e-bike fleet with an accent on balancing user demand, operational sustainability, and seamless user experience. Focus on building advanced tooling for global pricing logic, shaping the user app experience, and iterating based on data insights.

Location: Tallinn, Estonia (hybrid model with at least 12 monthly in-office days required).

What you will do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with domain objectives and user needs.
• Design and run experiments with analytics partners to inform product decisions and positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to drive product development from concept to launch.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer requirements and data analysis.
• Define and track key product metrics to measure product success and iterate on product based on data insights.
• Lead and facilitate product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product development or a related field, ideally within tech or mobility.
• Proven experience in Pricing roles (Operational, Strategy or Product) requiring an understanding of pricing tradeoffs, models, and optimization.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products in a similar domain.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and experience with product management tools.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
