What you will do

• Lead and grow an interdisciplinary in-house marketing team (currently 8 FTE).
• Contribute to the management team, collaborating closely with the CEO a.i., Head of Product, VP Content, and VP Growth.
• Take responsibility for the execution and improvement of the marketing strategy and goals.
• Drive global brand growth, aiming to establish hirify.global as a household name and the world’s #1 in web games.
• Develop strategies to build direct relationships with players, game developers, and advertisers.
• Optimize and scale performance marketing activities across direct, organic, paid, and social channels, leveraging first-party data.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, including leadership roles in competitive digital end-user focused environments.
• Natural leader with a curious, creative, and ambitious mindset.
• Passion for global growth and understanding of diverse cultures, audiences, and channels.
• Must be based in The Netherlands or willing to relocate to The Netherlands.
• English: B2 required.
