What you will do

• Identify deliverables, balance scope and capacity, and create project plans that align with client milestones.
• Assign tasks and track detailed KPIs to measure actual vs budgeted costs.
• Project manage the art team by communicating client needs, managing dependencies, and driving milestone deliveries.
• Act as the primary liaison between hirify.global and clients.
• Coordinate regular client communication to ensure understanding of project impacts.
• Conduct daily stand-ups with the team.
• Generate daily/weekly status reports for clients and company directors.
• Manage and escalate risks.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies, ideally from a top university.
• Proficient to advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to map complex processes and track dependencies effectively.
• Highly motivated multi-tasker, a great communicator, and prides self on delivering commitments.
• Advanced time management and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a sincere interest in digital arts and/or software development.

Nice to have

• Exposure to other project management software like Shotgun, Jira, Hansoft, Miro, or Trello.
