What you will do

• Conduct pre-deployment and on-site commissioning and acceptance testing of AV, UC, and IT systems.
• Provide technical leadership to installation personnel and ensure system functionality.
• Perform knowledge transfer sessions with clients and end users.
• Test and verify control system functionality, configure DSP systems, and optimize digital video signal chains.
• Perform network configuration for AV-over-IP solutions and deploy unified communications systems.
• Document commissioning results and provide detailed feedback to engineering and programming teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in AV integration, service, or commissioning.
• Hands-on experience with Crestron, Q-SYS, or Extron control systems.
• Experience with Q-SYS, Biamp, or Shure DSP platform configuration and tuning.
• Demonstrated understanding of AV-over-IP and network-based media transport technologies and protocols.
• Real-world experience configuring and deploying Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex ecosystems.
• Strong troubleshooting and system-level problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel nationwide (USA).
• CTS certification, or ability to quickly obtain it.
