What you will do

• Manage internal hardware (end-user IT), including onboarding, inventory, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee internal tooling, subscription management, seat management, and access hygiene.
• Develop and automate internal tooling, templates, and workflows to reduce manual work.
• Handle data extraction, cleanup, and build dashboards for internal operational insights.

Requirements

• Deep sense for tech and quick adoption of new systems.
• Enjoy supporting colleagues and bringing structure to messy situations.
• Possess a controller mindset regarding process, access, and spending.
• Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and proactive in scaling processes.
• Comfortable with automation and improving workflows (curiosity matters, not engineering background).
• Solid data fundamentals for turning inputs into decision-ready insights.
• Comfortable working hybrid and collaborating closely with the Antwerp HQ.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to travel occasionally to Antwerp for onboarding and team time.
