What you will do

• Master publisher concepts, workflows, and requirements for a rapidly evolving product.
• Investigate, escalate, and resolve diverse client issues across the hirify.global Publisher Network.
• Act as a client-facing and publisher-facing representative, communicating work status professionally.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service and manage multiple inbound requests.
• Use technical tools like SQL, Snowflake, and scripts to evaluate operational health and audit client accounts.
• Maintain the hirify.global category taxonomy and manage an outsourced team.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or a similar college-level education.
• Eagerness and flexibility to learn in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented mindset with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, with experience writing SQL queries.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with APIs.
• Basic experience writing scripts to automate tasks or manipulate data.
• Proficiency in languages such as Spanish, French, and/or German.
