What you will do
- Take full ownership of budget allocation and outcomes for all Traditional and Digital Media Marketing activities across key European markets.
- Inspire and lead an international team of 5–6 dedicated marketing professionals, fostering continuous growth and development.
- Drive the end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of high-impact, performance-driven brand marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Leverage your robust network within the media industry to uncover and activate effective offline marketing opportunities.
- Elevate brand media strategy by integrating data-driven insights, maximizing traffic generation, and advancing key brand KPIs.
- Champion data-centric decision making by seamlessly connecting media performance metrics with core business data using analytics tools.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience designing, managing, and optimizing complex online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Proven leadership capabilities including direct management and mentorship of high-performing marketing teams.
- In-depth expertise in the French or German media markets, with appreciation for local cultural and regulatory nuances.
- Advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with expert-level proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BigQuery.
- Mastery of advanced measurement and attribution methodologies (e.g., media mix modeling, incrementality testing).
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities in English.
Nice to have
- Fluency in French or German.
- Hands-on experience with DV360 and/or Amazon Video Advertising platforms.
