What you will do

  • Take full ownership of budget allocation and outcomes for all Traditional and Digital Media Marketing activities across key European markets.
  • Inspire and lead an international team of 5–6 dedicated marketing professionals, fostering continuous growth and development.
  • Drive the end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of high-impact, performance-driven brand marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Leverage your robust network within the media industry to uncover and activate effective offline marketing opportunities.
  • Elevate brand media strategy by integrating data-driven insights, maximizing traffic generation, and advancing key brand KPIs.
  • Champion data-centric decision making by seamlessly connecting media performance metrics with core business data using analytics tools.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience designing, managing, and optimizing complex online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Proven leadership capabilities including direct management and mentorship of high-performing marketing teams.
  • In-depth expertise in the French or German media markets, with appreciation for local cultural and regulatory nuances.
  • Advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with expert-level proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BigQuery.
  • Mastery of advanced measurement and attribution methodologies (e.g., media mix modeling, incrementality testing).
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities in English.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French or German.
  • Hands-on experience with DV360 and/or Amazon Video Advertising platforms.
