What you will do

• Lead European 360° automotive campaigns from start to finish.
• Manage projects from initial briefing through completion, including reporting and performance analysis.
• Plan and oversee client budgets while developing strategic initiatives to grow their business.
• Develop cost-effective, justified proposals that meet client requirements.
• Evaluate digital campaign performance and overall marketing activities to ensure measurable success.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing & Communication, Online Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in an international agency environment, specifically in automotive marketing—covering digital, CMS, mobile, social media, and campaign ecosystems.
• Proven automotive expertise: understanding of brand structures, model line-ups, launch processes, and managing multiple end-to-end car campaigns.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal); German is a plus.
• Strong project and process management skills.
