What you will do

• Demonstrate strong project management skills and optimize campaign success with a data-driven mindset.
• Collaborate closely with Social Media Creatives to deliver platform-specific user experiences.
• Own and execute monthly editorial calendars, ensuring consistent brand messaging across European channels.
• Drive content performance by crafting innovative engagement strategies tailored to each platform.
• Work cross-functionally with content, strategy, and paid media teams to align campaigns with KPIs.
• Support live events on-site, managing real-time social media content, and analyze performance for actionable insights.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in social media and agency environments with a solid understanding of digital communication.
• Fluency in English and German with strong business language skills.
• Demonstrate proven project management skills within an advertising agency, including managing client expectations.
• Showcase experience in managing multi-market social media setups.
• Have hands-on experience with Emplifi and/or Sprinklr.
• Be highly proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools.
