Salary: 50,000–75,000 EUR (Base) / 67,500–100,000 EUR (Total Compensation including Base, Variable, and Stock Options)

What you will do
- Design and implement end-to-end features for a high-volume financial compliance platform.
- Participate in architectural discussions and propose improvements across services and APIs.
- Work with event-driven systems focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and other Engineering teams to enhance the platform.
- Take ownership of core components and evolve their architecture.
- Lead by example through code reviews, design sessions, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of good practices, testing, and design patterns.
- Proficient in business English.
- Experience delivering code from development to production.
- Experience with RESTful APIs (implementation and consumption).
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Nice to have
- Experience with Django/Flask & FastAPI.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Experience with event streaming platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience working on agile methodology.
- Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
