What you will do

• Lead development of small issues and projects within cross-functional teams
• Participate actively in product discussions and suggest improvements based on technical expertise
• Provide code review feedback and contribute to the shared codebase
• Debug and resolve issues in projects
• Engage in support rotations, hiring, and RFC discussions
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable APIs

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Backend Engineer with Elixir
• Experience with Postgres or similar databases
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins
• Fluent English (application and communication in English required)
• Ability to work fully hirify.global from any location worldwide

Nice to have

• Kubernetes, Docker, AWS experience
• Frontend frameworks knowledge: Nextjs, React, Vue, Angular
