What you will do

• Design and enhance microservices for payment processing, integrations, and financial tooling.
• Implement and maintain asynchronous communication patterns for data consistency and system speed.
• Take ownership of service behavior through tracking, monitoring, and managing production alerts.
• Rapidly assimilate and apply knowledge of payment schemes (Swift, SEPA) and technical documentation.
• Collaborate effectively within a distributed international team, participating in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Expert-level Python for backend development.
• Professional experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Practical experience with Kafka for data streams.
• Experience deploying and operating services with Kubernetes.
• Mandatory background in international payments, local payouts, or card processing (regulated environments).
• Ability to interpret and implement technical schemas like ISO 20022 or Swift documentation.
