Employee Experience Advisory Consultant (Modern Workplace): Advising CxOs on large-scale transformation deals and complex programs to drive growth across Modern Workplace with an accent on user-centric design principles and colleague experience measurement. Location: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. Must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.

- Develop deep relationships with CxO’s and advise on large-scale transformation deals and complex programmes to drive the growth agenda across Modern Workplace.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external clients to maximise the benefits for all parties.
- Utilise critical thinking to generate innovative perspectives, applying knowledge of a range of technologies to identify improvement areas for our clients and opportunities for our business.
- Think creatively to transform client challenges into competitive technical propositions, that make hirify.global their preferred partner.
- Represent the CIS Advisory team internally and externally at a board level.
Requirements
- Demonstrated mastery of Modern Workplace platforms, including Microsoft 365, collaboration ecosystems, endpoint management, virtual desktop solutions and device lifecycle strategies
- Ability to assess digital workplace maturity, define operating models and develop strategic transformation roadmaps aligned to business outcomes.
- Skilled in modernising legacy estate components and addressing infrastructure blockers that limit productivity and adoption.
- Expertise in user‑centric design principles, colleague experience measurement, and leveraging insights to shape workplace solutions.
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks to increase adoption, reduce change fatigue and ensure sustained behavioural shift.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus thought leadership and solution development
