Location: Manchester, Woking, Birmingham, London. Hybrid working : The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

What you will do

• Advise CxOs on large-scale transformation deals and complex programmes to drive growth across Modern Workplace.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external clients.
• Generate innovative perspectives, applying knowledge of a range of technologies to identify improvement areas.
• Transform client challenges into competitive technical propositions.
• Represent the CIS Advisory team internally and externally at a board level.

Requirements

• Demonstrated mastery of Modern Workplace platforms, including Microsoft 365, collaboration ecosystems, endpoint management, virtual desktop solutions and device lifecycle strategies
• Ability to assess digital workplace maturity, define operating models and develop strategic transformation roadmaps aligned to business outcomes.
• Skilled in modernising legacy estate components and addressing infrastructure blockers that limit productivity and adoption.
• Expertise in user‑centric design principles, colleague experience measurement, and leveraging insights to shape workplace solutions.
• Strong understanding of change management frameworks to increase adoption, reduce change fatigue and ensure sustained behavioural shift.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus thought leadership and solution development.
