What you will do

• Act as legal counsel for UK and International teams, negotiating SaaS licenses and vendor deals for digital healthcare.
• Support the wider Harris legal network on group-level projects, M&A due diligence, and commercial contracts across diverse software businesses.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice to Sales and Product teams to facilitate deal closure safely.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks, offering clear, understandable guidance to non-legal professionals.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a solid foundation in commercial or corporate law.
• Demonstrate a pragmatic approach to legal advice, balancing business protection with deal completion.
• Ability to clearly explain complex legal points to non-legal stakeholders, such as Sales Managers.
• Possess a sharp, adaptable commercial mind capable of handling the variety of a dual-company role.
