What you will do

• Define and lead QA strategy across multiple teams, aligning with product and engineering roadmaps.
• Establish a scalable quality operating model, including standards, governance, and release readiness criteria.
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing frameworks spanning API, UI, and end-to-end layers.
• Represent QA in planning meetings to provide data-driven risk assessments and trade-off recommendations.
• Champion full-stack quality practices and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor QA Team Leads and Senior Engineers to foster a culture of ownership and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional QA experience with hands-on automation or test architecture expertise.
• 3+ years of experience leading QA teams or managing quality across multiple squads.
• Must be authorized to work in the UK as no visa sponsorship is available.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional leadership and build scalable processes.
• Strong understanding of risk-based testing, release readiness, and full-stack quality assurance.
• Excellent communication skills for status reporting and risk narrative development.
