• Support the design of reward strategies, grading structures, and pay frameworks.
• Conduct job evaluation and benchmarking activities using hirify.global methodologies.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to gather information and validate outputs.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data relating to pay, jobs, and market positioning.

Requirements

• Strong Total Reward expertise, with experience across reward, job evaluation, or pay structures.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable working with complex reward and market data.
• Client-centric approach focused on delivering practical, defensible solutions.
• Clear communication skills to explain technical reward concepts effectively.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and comfortable using AI-enabled tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
