Recruitment Consultant (Cloud & Infrastructure): Leading the ITSM Permanent desk within Technology & Operations to connect high-quality tech talent with businesses with an accent on business development, client partnership, and candidate attraction. Focus on managing the full recruitment lifecycle and delivering results on high-performing, scalable platforms.
Location: Hybrid (4 days a week from the London office)

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent strategy advice.
- Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and personal networks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from the initial job brief through to the final offer.
- Negotiate terms and packages for both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn and ensure compliance with GDPR and employment law.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, specifically within the tech, digital, or change sectors.
- Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
- Confidence in sourcing talent via LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle with a high level of professionalism.
- Solid negotiation and offer management skills with a commercial mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Bullhorn.

Hiring process
