Location: Hybrid working model, 4 days a week from our London office, with 2 weeks per year to work from anywhere.

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering market insight and talent strategy advice.
- Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Source and engage high-quality candidates using various platforms and your own network.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job brief to offer.
- Support clients and candidates with offer negotiation and package management.
- Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn, ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment law.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within the tech, digital, or change space.
- Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
- Confidence sourcing talent through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle with professionalism.
- Solid negotiation and offer management skills, with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Bullhorn experience is a plus) and recruitment compliance.
