What you will do

• Collaborate with Game Director and Lead Game Designer on design decisions for a large AAA first-person shooter.
• Drive the vision for major design initiatives, new features, and design overhauls.
• Work closely with engineers, artists, and producers to design, tune, and implement various game design directions.
• Lead complex, challenging, impactful game aspects with minimal oversight.
• Analyze internal and external metrics feedback and adjust design or balance the game.
• Contribute to prototyping, game balancing, and gameplay tuning.

Requirements

• Experience in Game Design for first/third-person shooter games.
• Full cycle and multi-discipline development experience with at least one title shipped as a game designer.
• Knowledge of 3D level/game design tools and editors, primarily Unreal Engine 5.
• Fine attention to quality and detail, both creatively and technically.
• Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software.
• Passion for games in general.
• Proficiency in English (verbal, written and technical).
