What you will do

• Architect, design, and implement high-performance frontend applications using React, Vue, or similar modern frameworks.
• Participate in code and architecture reviews, helping to define and evolve engineering best practices and standards.
• Contribute across the stack, including backend and infrastructure components using AWS, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
• Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and ecosystem changes; identify risks, propose improvements, and guide decisions.
• Write high-quality, testable, maintainable code while taking full ownership of features from concept to production.
• Experiment and iterate, leveraging prototypes, proofs of concept, and controlled validations to determine the best solutions.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading technical initiatives, influencing engineering culture, and promoting structured best practices.
• Strong expertise in modern frontend development (React, Vue, or similar).
• Understanding of backend technologies and distributed system components.
• Strong foundation in software fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, design principles).

Nice to have

• Experience working in agile environments such as Kanban or Scrum.
