What you will do

• Design and implement features within the Javascript stack to improve customer engagement and impact lives.
• Iterate on existing features to enhance overall user experience and system performance.
• Contribute to the adoption of strong software architecture and the development of engineering best practices.
• Mentor other engineers through the code review process and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Marketing, and CX teams in an agile environment.
• Support system uptime and participate in the on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 business operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on CX tools or similar systems.
• Strong proficiency in building and interacting with backend REST APIs.
• Deep knowledge of service-oriented architectures.
• Experience implementing and maintaining unit and end-to-end (e2e) tests.
• Fluency with AI engineering tools.
• Must be based in the LATAM region.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of AI within CX environments.
• Experience with mobile app development, specifically React Native.
