What you will do

• Own test architecture, automation frameworks, and CI/CD quality gates across platforms.
• Drive a test-driven engineering culture through technical leadership and mentorship.
• Partner with engineering and product to identify risks early and define quality requirements.
• Establish quality metrics and KPIs to measure product health and guide improvement.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to advance testing capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software quality, with a focus on test architecture and automation.
• Proven leadership in building QA strategy and guiding teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Playwright).
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
