What you will do

  • Build a deep understanding of global end-customers in the Transportation segment.
  • Develop the right marketing strategy, messaging, and assets based on customer knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with sales regions and corporate stakeholders as a target customer expert.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to evolve, align, and optimize marketing activities.
  • Play an important role in Axis becoming a more customer-centric company.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience from developing target group analyses and marketing strategies.
  • Experience from companies with complex offerings and international markets.
  • Strong informal leadership and interpersonal skills to lead virtual teams.
  • A strong ability to prioritize and structure your work.
  • Well-developed business acumen, with relevant sales or business development preferred.
  • Fluent language skills in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience from working with the transportation industry.
  • Structured and analytical mindset.
  • Comfortable with leading, driving and presenting projects in a virtual organization.
