What you will do

• Shape and execute strategies for full-funnel, digital marketing campaigns.
• Plan, build, and optimize campaigns across digital channels such as Google Ads, Paid Social, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Drive performance through structured testing, audience strategy, and budget management.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to align strategy, content, and performance insights.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize towards targets using data and insights.

Requirements

• Min. 3 years of experience working within digital/performance marketing.
• Relevant education in digital marketing and/or business administration.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Programmatic etc.
• A strong analytical mindset and confidence using tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
• Fluent in communication, both written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Fluent in Finnish.
