What you will do

• Build full-stack, end-to-end solutions for the People Products portfolio.
• Design and implement AI-native workflows, tools, evals, and prompts.
• Work directly with internal stakeholders (HR teams, recruiters, managers) to understand problems and iterate quickly.
• Make independent product and architecture decisions in a low-structure environment.
• Contribute ideas for team operations and where applied AI can have the most leverage in people workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• Experience shipping LLM-native features or applications.
• Ability to build large features and make architectural decisions independently.
• Self-sufficient end-to-end, from idea to production.
• Ability to move fast while maintaining a high quality bar.
• Comfortable engaging directly with users and incorporating feedback.
• Mission-driven, caring about the intersection of AI and people practices.
• Collaborative and supportive team player.
• Must be able to work in the office in San Francisco, CA at least 25% of the time.
• Visa sponsorship is offered but not guaranteed for every role or candidate.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or prior experience building Claude or LLM integrations in production.
• Background at an AI-native company or in a product-focused 0->1 engineering environment.
• Experience with HR tech platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Rippling.
