What you will do

• Act as the primary architect and administrator for core enterprise platforms including Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Lead the technical strategy for enterprise-wide SaaS adoption and optimization, driving AI-native capabilities.
• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot a diverse catalog of 30+ SaaS platforms using SaaS Management Platforms (SMPs).
• Act as an early adopter and champion of AI tools to accelerate the transition of ideas into executed solutions.
• Conduct regular audits of SaaS environments to identify improvements, optimize resource utilization, and enhance security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional IT Systems experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with the administration and architecture of Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Experience using SaaS Management Platforms (e.g., Productiv, Lumos, Torii).
• Demonstrated interest or experience in using AI tools to increase engineering velocity.
• Proficiency in Okta is a significant plus to support identity governance and administration (IGA).
• Proven ability to manage and support a wide range of SaaS platforms (30+).
• Must be based in the New York City Office.
