Salary: $120,000–$130,000 on an annualized basis, plus meaningful equity grant.

What you will do

• Administer Okta for SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM provisioning, policies, and MFA, ensuring security and efficiency.
• Design and operate self-service access workflows through Okta Request conditions with approval routing and Jira integration.
• Build and maintain integrations across Workday, Okta, and SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Atlassian) using Okta Workflows, Tray.io, Workato, and APIs.
• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle automation (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) for provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Implement secure workarounds for SaaS apps without SSO, including service account management and credential governance.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex support and access issues from Level 1/2 helpdesk teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Okta administration (SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM, group mapping, policies) with strong understanding of audit/SOX implications.
• 5+ years of IT Support experience, including escalation management and documentation.
• Proven hands-on experience with iPaaS and automation platforms (Okta Workflows, Tray.io, Workato) for approval flows and provisioning logic.
• Proficiency with APIs and webhooks for SaaS system integration, designing workflows with retries and error handling.
• Administration of enterprise SaaS apps like Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), and Slack, aligned with identity governance.
• Strong stakeholder communication and project management skills.
• Experience incorporating AI tools (e.g., LLMs, Agents) to improve operational efficiency.
• Work authorization for the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta logging, SIEM monitoring tools (Splunk).
• Okta Certified Administrator or Okta Certified Professional/Consultant Certification.
• Other IT certifications (Jamf, A+, Network+, Google IT Support).
