Location: Hybrid in San Mateo, CA, United States. Work from the San Mateo, CA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.

Salary: $35/hour

What you will do

• Support developer outreach and content management.
• Coordinate content calendar, communications, and scheduling with creators.
• Act as a primary point of contact for creator inquiries, ensuring timely and empathetic responses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Trust & Safety, Moderation Operation, Policy, Legal, and Marketing teams.
• Collect feedback from creators, identifying recurring pain points and trends for internal stakeholders.
• Help triage and track high-priority compliance escalations for quick resolution.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate/graduate degree, preferably in Communications, Public Policy, Game Design, Computer Science or related focus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Passionate about hirify.global and its developer communities, and excited to build and foster relationships and networks.
• Must have United States work authorization not related to certain U.S. visa categories, and the company may not support future H-1B sponsorship at this time.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in community management or project management.
