What you will do

• Partner with the SVP of Marketing to align leadership direction with executable plans and roadmaps.
• Provide leadership over integrated planning across Global Marketing and product disciplines.
• Maintain an enterprise-level portfolio view of initiatives, investments, and capacity.
• Support the SVP of Marketing in shaping and reinforcing clear organizational priorities.
• Integrate financial discipline and ROI considerations into portfolio planning and leadership discussions.
• Lead cross-marketing initiatives that drive operating transformation and change management.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in operations, strategy, and team leadership, ideally within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven success leading cross-functional and multi-functional teams through transformation.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to bring clarity to complex problems.
• Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience operating across multiple regions and broad portfolios.
• Background in management consulting combined with experience as an operating leader is required.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is required.
