What you will do
- Define and maintain the global brand vision and positioning for the WWE hirify.global franchise.
- Lead global brand strategy and multi-channel campaign development with integrated marketing teams.
- Steward the WWE hirify.global brand identity, ensuring creative consistency across all touchpoints.
- Track Brand Health and campaign performance KPIs in partnership with analytics and product teams.
- Champion consumer insights by developing research roadmaps and synthesizing player feedback.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of brand marketing experience in gaming, sports, entertainment, or consumer tech.
- Proven experience leading high-impact go-to-market campaigns with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, marketing performance metrics, creative development, and media planning.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights for strategy formulation.
- Familiarity with PC & console gaming (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with storytelling and presentation abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience working with licensed IP or talent-driven brands.
- Experience with live-service games or fandom-driven communities.
