What you will do

• Lead design projects autonomously, facilitating design reviews and working sessions to deliver optimal solutions.
• Transform nebulous concepts into specific, delightful product features, exploring and integrating AI and emerging technologies.
• Design holistic systems, flows, and interfaces that are simple, elegant, user-friendly, and leverage deterministic automation and AI.
• Draw insights from research and data to create tangible solutions and advocate for users in cross-functional teams.
• Act as a positive role model and culture carrier within the design studio and advocate for design within hirify.global.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience.
• Excellent communication skills to explain design work with focus and brevity to internal stakeholders.
• Strong aesthetic skills to elevate the visual identity of brands.
• Skilled in service design practices.
• Curiosity to continuously evolve design processes by leveraging AI tools.
• Applied experience working across responsive web, native applications, and future technologies.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Google Suite, JIRA, and other prototyping tools.
