Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in Palo Alto or San Francisco office)
Salary: $160,000–$200,000 annually

What you will do
- Define and evolve hirify.global’s pricing strategy as new capabilities are released.
- Build messaging to help account executives explain hirify.global's pricing and philosophy.
- Benchmark pricing strategies against key competitors and identify strategic differentiators.
- Create and maintain pricing and packaging bill of materials (guides, licensing one-pagers, FAQs).
- Partner with product management and product operations to incorporate pricing into the product development lifecycle.
- Act as the voice of the customer during product development and define promotional strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with a focus on pricing, strategy, product marketing, or product management.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive strategic decisions with executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated bias toward clarity, structure, and action.
- Background working with enterprise buyers (IT, CIO, CDO, support leaders) and understanding value evaluation.
- This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days a week in our Palo Alto or San Francisco office.
